Complaints Procedure

Fenstanton Pre-School is a member of both the Pre-School Learning Alliance and the NDNA and we aim to provide the highest quality care for all children. We believe that children and their parents/carers are entitled to expect courtesy and prompt attention to their needs and wishes. Our intention is to work in partnership with parents/carers and we welcome suggestions on how to improve our setting at any time.

If any parent should have cause for concern they should first speak to the child’s key person or the manager.


Any complaint will be investigated and a report made back to the parents/carers within 3 working days.


If a matter cannot be resolved to their satisfaction, then the parent/carer have the right to raise the matter with Ofsted.
